BACKGROUND
I have been coaching youth club sports and high school sports for 24 years. I have been coaching volleyball at the youth club and high school level for 15 years. I am currently the varsity volleyball coach at HH Dow High School in Midland. I have been coaching at HH Dow High School since 2019. I have been a managing partner and coach with ACES since the club's formation.
WHY ACES
Two reasons: there was a need to start/have a club in the Mt. Pleasant area, and my daughters played in the club.

FUN FACT
I have a Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Behavior. I played Division 1 baseball in college. My wife and children were all college athletes as well. I enjoy teaching, coaching, and learning with people. My favorite part about what I do everyday is helping people grow and develop.
