ACES WINTER & SPRING INVITATIONALS
Winter Invitational: January 10 & 11, 2026
Mid-Michigan ACES is excited to welcome players, coaches, and spectators to join us for our Winter ACES Invitational. Warm up balls will be provided. R1 will also be provided. Teams must provide R2, line judges, and score table workers.
Format
2-day format with play on Saturday and Sunday. Teams have a 5 match guarantee. AAU rules apply.
Playing Waves
16-18U will play AM wave on Saturday, starting at 8 AM. 13-15U will play PM wave on Saturday, starting at 2 PM.
The venue provides a full service food deli. No outside coolers are permitted.
Information for Club Directors & Coaches
To register your team:
- Go to Advanced Event Systems to register your team
- Complete the registration process
- Once you have fully completed the registration process, there are two payment options:
- Credit card through AES (3% credit card fees apply) OR
- Check sent through mail
Important event policies:
- All coaches and athletes MUST have AAU memberships.
- Hotel and local restaurant discounts will be offered. Contact the tournament director for more information if interested.
- AAU rosters MUST be submitted and verified through AES before being accepted. Contact mmavbc@gmail.com with questions.
